IMG a.s. was founded on 13th July 1995. Its achievements make it one of the leading insurance brokers in the Czech Republic.

In 1999 it expanded to Slovakia, where it founded a subsidiary company under the name IMG, spol. s r.o.

Since 2001 the IMG a.s. company has been providing investment agent services, aside from the established insurance broker services.

In 2006 IMG a.s. became a member of the Wells Fargo Global Broker Network, which is the world's largest network of independent insurance brokers. Having established this contractual partnership, the IMG a.s. company has had the opportunity to share their technical facilities and to use an international brokerage network so as to be with its clients all around the world.

IMG a.s. offers and currently provides to some competitor Czech brokerage firms the insurance of clients abroad.

The Wells Fargo Global Broker Network provides brokerage services in more than 145 countries of the world through more than 450 branches.
